It is pretty apparent to me at this point that you yourself do not fully understand the scope of tuning ECUs.. You've continually failed to recognize that a file editor and a memory chip (be it EEPROM or EPROM) and a programmer is missing the vital element of tracing or datalogging. You can't just look at a map and say it is using any given point, it has to be done by tracing. At this point in time the only thing out there which will enable you to do this is ConZult, maybe even NProbe, but both are expensive components. I'm not arguing with you per se, I'm pointing out the things you are failing to realize - I've done all of this before....
